Must Have P90X Files – P90X Sheets, P90X Calendar, P90X Fit Test

When you’re working your way through an intense workout plan like P90X, it’s imperative to your success that you track what you’re doing, how much you’re doing, and when you’re doing it. There are a number of ways to go about this, but it needs to be stressed that the tools are already there for you to use. Here are the files that you’ll need to get started and track your progress, and how to use them.

P90X Workout sheets
The workout sheets are essential, both for tracking your progress and to keep you safe. You’ll be able to track the weights you use during the weight training – or the color resistance bands you’re using – which will take a lot of the guesswork out of, “Which weight should I use?” You can also note whether or not a weight felt too heavy or too light, and when you’re ready to move up.

P90X Fit Test
The fit test is the most important part of the whole P90X journey. With the fit test, you’re able to determine whether or not you’re even ready to begin! When you do complete the fit test, make sure to record your results, and then hang on to it! When you’re done the 90 days, you’re going to do another fit test, and you’ll be able to really see the results you’ve achieved in your overall fitness.

P90X Calendar
The calendar will help keep you on track and will help you remember which workout you’re doing on what day. You can use this in conjunction with your usual calendar, or you can use it completely in place of your regular calendar for the ninety days.

P90X Phases
The phases worksheet will also help keep you on track, and will let you know what phase you’re coming up on next. This has an impact on the portions you’re eating when following the P90X Diet Guide, so you’ll need to use these two in tandem to stay on track.
