What’s P90X 2 ?

P90X 2 is advanced version of P90X program and you will have the advanced workout of the P90X program. P90X:2 is a completely new 90-day extreme fitness program that continues to build on your P90X results. The only way to avoid a plateau is to continue the Muscle Confusion�. And with Tony Horton’s all-new, intense, cutting-edge workouts, you will definitely keep your muscles guessing.

P90X 2 will have different set of workouts when compared to P90X program. P90X is a separate program and it will have its own workouts and it is not going to change. Both the workout programs are different. We suggest to try the P90X phases in order or Classic, Lean and then Doubles phase. Once you complete the Doubles phase then you can move on to the “P90X 2” program.
